法式吐司 French Toast

材料A Ingredients
雞蛋 Egg 3 個 ea
牛奶 Milk 3/4 杯 cup
糖 Sugar 1 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1/4 小匙 tsp
肉桂粉 Ground cinnamon 1/2 小匙 tsp
香草精 Vanilla extract 1/4 小匙 tsp
吐司 Loaf Bread 8 片 slice
牛油 Butter2 大匙 Tbs
糖粉 Powdered sugar 1/2 大匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.在一個淺盤子先將蛋打散,再加入牛奶,糖,香草精,鹽和肉桂粉打勻。
2.將吐司片放進蛋液中,兩面都要浸泡到。拿起麵包讓多餘的蛋汁流下。
3.煎鍋燒熱(不要過熱)後塗上牛油。放上吐司用中小火煎2分鐘,翻面後再煎2分鐘或煎到呈金黃色。
4.將吐司對切成三角形,依照個人喜愛撒上糖粉或淋上楓糖漿或各式果醬。



PROCEDURE:
1.Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and ground cinnamon and stir to combine.
2.Dip the toast slices in the egg mixture, soaking both sides. Gently pick up the bread and let the excessive juice drip.
3.Butter a medium-heated griddle. Fry the toasts over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Flip over and continue to cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
4.Cut each slice into two triangles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or maple syrup or jam as desired.
